Saturday morning class & "Elevision"

Yes, the Saturday am Hatha class is cancelled for the Anusara weekend workshop, and speaking of which I am so incredibly excited to smile and open my heart for the next three days.  I also can't wait to see how much my body opens with Jaye's incredible sequencing.  It will definitely be a treat!

So about this "elevision."  There is a lot of great yoga information online, and Elephant magazine has taken it to the next level with Elevision.  This is an online show with great interviews of yoga and meditation teachers, activists, and even some enlightened capitalists!!  So check it out at iamelephant.com.
